And Why am I Mr. Pink Rosé ‘24 – Columbia Valley, Washington
The Mr. Pink rose is bright with lifted aromas of fresh-picked strawberries, raspberries, and subtle stone fruit nuances. The luxurious texture unfolds on the palate, balanced by refreshing acidity and minerality. Flavors of blood orange, juicy watermelon, and cantaloupe create a bright and sophisticated expression that ends with a mouthwatering finish.

Mary Taylor Jean Marc Barthez Blanc ‘24 – Bordeaux, France
This is Sauvignon Blanc as channeled through the unique prism of Bordeaux, offering the enhanced texture, elegance, and richness of body that are the region’s hallmarks. Part of that depth also results from the small touch of Sémillon (the region’s “other” white grape) he includes in the blend, which imparts a certain “je ne sais quoi” that immediately conjures white Bordeaux. With its cleansing freshness and acidity and flavors of citrus and melon, it’s a quintessential oyster wine, but has all the necessary structure to stand up to richer fish and shellfish dishes.

Bonny Doon “Le Cigare Volant” ‘23 – Central Coast, California
69% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 14% Cinsault, 2% Petite Sirah The Cigare is expressive. Wild strawberry, rhubarb, black pepper, and tobacco make this an easy-drinking, elegant choice. The fruit is carefully selected to ensure its full potential of ripeness with balanced chemistry, and as usual for Cigare, Grenache is the star of the show. We included some wonderful Cinsault, a rather plump and juicy grape, to increase the concentration of this lightly colored and structured grape.
